3. Learn from old threads
Paste one or more old race threads (markdown). Homepage, Wikipedia, socials, FirstCycling id and PCS slug go into the race registry; year-specific rows (roadbook, previews, where to watch) are left out.
Learn from these threads
Import a stage table: paste the table from your internal work thread (any column order). Fills the race selected under "Wikipedia helpers". Rest days are the days without a stage.
